Clear out the /etc/hosts.deny file on the destination server

Also, make sure these lines are uncommented in your sshd_config file on the destination server:

/etc/ssh/sshd_config:
Subsystem       sftp    /usr/libexec/openssh/sftp-server
DenyGroups nossh
